
#FreePE
With COVID-19 creating more barriers to staying active, the National Fitness Foundation introduced #FreePE to reach 50+ million children across the nation in hopes of promoting physical activity regardless of access to in-school physical education.
Professional athletes including Olympians and Paralympians created fitness videos to be used by children as a part of their #FreePE workout plan. The videos focus on aerobic and strength training exercises that can be done with little or no equipment.
This program was funded by the Mark Cuban Foundation.
